ServiceNow Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to guide our customers through the journey of digital transformation with the ServiceNow platform. The right person will already have significant experience in a similar position and will be able to bring their experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with them to this role.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional major application suite
• Must hold at least one (three preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
• Must have ServiceNow Sales and Pre-Sales Accreditation in Platform, ITSM and one additional specialist area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to ongoing learning of service delivery solutions
