ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the application's architecture and will work with an agile team to deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
• 3+ years' experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
• Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement
• Experience managing and maintaining self-hosted ServiceNow instances
• Ability to collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers
