The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, ServiceNow administration, and troubleshooting, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Delivery of improvements that maximize the availability and performance of supported systems
- Troubleshooting ServiceNow issues and on-premise capabilities in a Linux environment
- Exploring and delivering observability including metrics, logging, tracing and alerting
- Being dependable and responsive during agreed hours
- Understanding and contributing to the documentation of ServiceNow instances and related dependencies
- Identification and prioritization of technical debt
- Giving feedback on policy and procedures related to SRE and operational practices
