SLED Project Delivery Lead

Thrive is an innovative technology solutions provider seeking a Project Delivery Lead with experience in project management, managed services, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts.

Requirements

• Ability to be a leader of a cross functional project team
• Advanced experience (6+ years) in project management and professional services
• Experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions
• Skilled in managing project plans, writing project artifacts, and documenting customer workflows
• Interpersonal Skills- Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Conflict Resolution, Positive Attitude, Teamwork, Critical thinker
• Detail oriented
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts
• Technical understanding of, but not limited to: Office 365 Migrations, Microsoft Server OS, Private Cloud, Public Cloud (Azure), Networking (Firewalls, Switching, Access Points), Disaster Recovery, Backup technology
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)
• Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)
• Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes
• Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
• CJIS Certification – willingness to become CJIS Certified
