Smarsh - Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Infrastructure Engineer with Smarsh Experience to work with regulatory technologies to streamline compliance processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest developments in regulatory technologies, design and implement data feeds, and collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data ingestion processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with regulatory technologies such Smarsh
• Strong proficiency in XML and data ingestion/transmission protocols (APIs, SMTP, SFTP)
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management systems
