Software Asset Management Associate.

Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year. As a member of the Corporate IT Program Management and Business Operations team, the Software Asset Management Associate is responsible for the lifecycle of user assets needed by our 32,000 + global end users. This role includes software license procurement, planning, monitoring, recording entitlements and reporting of software license positions to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and the optimization of those assets throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of software lifecycle management
• Experience with SAM inventory management systems such as Flexera, ServiceNow, SNOW and/or Eracent ITMC
• Familiarity with using IT service delivery tools such as SCCM, BigFix, Intune and/or Jamf in conjunction with SAM tools to automate software distribution and reclamation
• Knowledge of Software Licensing Models
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong and effective team player with demonstrated ability to communicate in a virtual and Global team environment
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external parties
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
