We are seeking a Software Engineer (ServiceNow) to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow and its integrations, as well as a strong understanding of software application layer solutions and the software development lifecycle. They will be responsible for developing, deploying, and improving specific technologies and their interaction with Telstra processes and systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow and good knowledge of integrations
- ServiceNow (ITSM): Incident, Problem and Change Management
- ServiceNow Administration
- ServiceNow Orchestration
- ServiceNow Implementation
- ServiceNow Component - Script includes, client scripts, scheduled jobs, Business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Update set, Import set
- Back-end: REST, JSON, Java, XML, XSLT, Apigee, Spring Boot
- Front-end: angular.js, ServiceNow, JavaScript Splunk, Integrations, CMDB discovery tools, ITSM
- Continuous integration and deployments with test automation, feature branching using Bamboo, Git, Jira
- ITIL, ITSM Modules
- Develop 3rd Party application/System integration with ServiceNow
- Develop the customized portal web pages in ServiceNow
- Build reusable components (update sets, applications, etc.) that can be leveraged by multiple business in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Integrating Service-Now with other Applications using Web-Services APIs e.g. REST and Microservices
- Perform risk assessments and testing of periodic ServiceNow product upgrades to ensure ongoing stability of the platform
