The Sr. Vendor Management Analyst will evaluate and monitor the performance of contracted vendors within the Carnival Corporation Global Cybersecurity Services (GCS) Team. This role requires experience in vendor management, service delivery, or contract management, and proficiency in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or contract management
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems
  • Experience designing or monitoring SLAs, working in vendor management for a large, shared services organization
  • Experience in vendor management for a large, shared services organization performing vendor performance and relationship management, negotiating contracts, and performing service delivery
  • Experience with cybersecurity vendors is a big plus
