As a Support Engineer at Sopra Steria, you will handle IT problems on-site, respond to IT requests and incident calls, and perform hardware checks, repairs, and replacements. You will also manage assets in CMDB, follow-up tickets in the ticketing system, and support the New Starter & Leaver Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent (Syntra, VDAB IT course)
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in providing first-line and/or second-line IT support
  • Strong experience with applications such as: Intune, ServiceNow, O365, etc.
