We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist to implement, manage, and optimize our ERP systems in our Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. As a skilled ERP Technical Consultant, you will work closely with internal users to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to create technical design documents
- EDI/FTP/Batch-file scripting (programming) skills. Experience in ITSM (TopDesk, ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems; managing user accounts and permissions; and providing technical support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
