The IT Operations Technical Lead will oversee the service management team, ensuring efficient service delivery, driving operational excellence, and aligning departmental goals with the organization's overall strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
- A minimum of 5 years in IT operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in supporting sales and logistics software solutions
- Integration: Experience in supporting system integrations
- Azure Cloud Services: Understanding of Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with relational database management systems, SQL queries, and development with C#
- Digital Enablement: Experience in supporting digital products supporting sales, product management and commodities supply chain management business workflows
- Broad IT Experience: Broad technical IT experience related to solution performance, reliability, and IT compliance
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills. Ability to be well-organized, clear, and concise in conversations and written communications
- ServiceNow experience
- Proficiency with relational database management systems and SQL queries
- Proficiency in React
- Proficiency in development with C#
- Proficiency with Power Platform – Power Automate Development, Power App Development, Deployment
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English
