Technical Product Support Lead position is posted under IQVIA's Information Management organization, responsible for operational support, client relationships, and offshore resource management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience with Snowflake, Atomic, and Python
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.
  • At least three years' experience as an operations lead supporting enterprise-wide data platforms.
  • At least two years' experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
  • Experience in monitoring bi-directional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems.
  • Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or CloudFront.
  • Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders.
  • Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments.
  • Proficiency with the Python programming language.
