Technical Product Support Lead position is posted under IQVIA's Information Management organization, responsible for operational support, client relationships, and offshore resource management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience with Snowflake, Atomic, and Python
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.
- At least three years' experience as an operations lead supporting enterprise-wide data platforms.
- At least two years' experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Experience in monitoring bi-directional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems.
- Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or CloudFront.
- Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders.
- Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments.
- Proficiency with the Python programming language.
- Non-Technical Skills:
