Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field OR 5 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow product initiatives with knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM modules
  • 2+ years of job-related experience in data analysis, capacity planning, strategy, and risk management
