We are looking for 24/7 Technical Support Engineers for Windows. As a Windows Technical Support Engineer you will be providing technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in verbal & written English
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Practical experience administrating Windows Server 2012 and later versions
- At least basic experience troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS...)
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting
- Basic Networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT)
- Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter
- Ability to make hardware and software recommendations for particular cases during troubleshooting process
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
