Technical Trainer with Genesys Cloud CX experience required for training new CCaaS users and updating internal and external training material. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • US Citizenship
  • Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center and CCaaS solutions
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence (or Rally) systems
