As a Technology Services Consultant, you will provide customer-centric technical support, manage inventory, and engage with users to build positive relationships. The role requires a fascination with technology, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
