We are seeking a Technology Services Consultant to join our team in Gold Coast, Australia. The role involves providing customer-centric support, inventory management, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong customer and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, and experience with ITIL practices.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
