Provide data entry, help desk support, and overall customer service for wireless telecommunication devices and office administration, including issuing and configuring government smartphones, tablets, and hotspots.
Requirements
- SEC+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac iOS, Apple iOS, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with IT service management tools such as Alloy Navigator and ServiceNow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support end-users with technical troubleshooting
- Experience in managing telecom device inventory and asset tracking
