GovCIO is hiring a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's IT Infrastructure Support Services program. The ideal candidate has experience in a complex Government IT environment and proficiency in using ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
  • DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute (desired)
