We are seeking a VPII, Head of IT Service Operations to lead 24/7 operations for all Incident Management, Critical Incident Management, Problem Management, and Infrastructure Site Reliability support activities across cloud, on-premise, and partner solutions. This person will have the leadership skills, technical infrastructure expertise, and communication skills required to oversee and manage critical incident events for LPL focused on reducing MTTR and implementing appropriate processes and procedures to improve incident bridge response, command and control, and NOC first call/alert resolution.
