Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Experience managing and prioritizing service tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tickets concurrently
