Requirements
- 1 year experience in L1 Support (Event Management/Observability/DevOps/Help Desk)
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in Software/System Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, or IT operations is essential
- Certified in Azure Certifications (AZ-900 or AZ-104), ITIL Certification, ServiceNow Certified
