Visier is seeking a Community Program Manager to lead the growth and engagement of its customer community, producing regular customer newsletters and driving revenue through community adoption of its products. The role is based at the headquarters in Yaletown, Vancouver, with a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
- Background in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or community-focused roles, with at least 3 years of direct customer-facing experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community management tools like Gainsight, ServiceNow, Discourse, or similar platforms
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry
