DMI is seeking a Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 0-1 years of experience. Responsibilities include ticket ownership, categorizing and assigning tickets, and coordinating with engineering teams for swift resolution.
Requirements
- Has total ticket ownership for service Network Service Requests and escalated incidents/issues, tracks tickets to completion, reports on outcomes, and communicates status and resolution to customer stakeholders and users.
- Serves as the first point of contact for network service requests, categorizing and assigning tickets within ServiceNow.
- Ensure accurate documentation of user issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolution.
