We are seeking a Coordinator, Leadership Development to support BDC in achieving its strategic objectives by activating culture enablers and delivering impactful leadership development programs and workshops. This is a temporary 6-month position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or HR
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or HR support
- Experience with Workday Learning (LMS), Concur (Travel and Expenses) and ServiceNow (Procurement) an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Copilot)
- Being fluent in English and French, written and orally
