Job Title: Core Banking Services Service Transition Lead. The role is responsible for Service Transition Lead under Core Banking Services domain within Corporate Bank Technology. Service Transition Lead will contribute effectively in all the phases of the SDLC, review upcoming changes, and drive standards and adherence to the Production New Application, Major change process.

Requirements

  • IT experience gained within large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function
  • Global Transaction Banking / Corporate and Investment Banking Experience is a plus.
  • Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working experience on UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, shell scripts, secure connectivity and protocols, Monitoring Tools (Geneos/Nagios/NewRelic), Scheduling Tools (Control-M/AutoSys), ITIL Framework
  • Working knowledge of change management, problem and incident tracking tools (i.e. Remedy, ServiceNow etc.)
