Employee Services Specialist

The Employee Services Specialist role provides administrative support and coordination to various HR operations, including job changes, data validation, and reference letters. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of relevant work experience and basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Experience working with confidential information
• Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model is preferred
• Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
