Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred
- Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
