Employee Services Sr. Specialist – Global Mobility

As an Employee Services Sr. Specialist – Global Mobility, you will work with the Global Mobility Team in Manila to deliver first-rate support and administrative services to AECOM employees on international assignments. Your tasks will include generating cost estimates, preparing reports, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of expatriate tax and/or global mobility
• Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, AssignmentPro or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
