We are seeking an experienced Global People SSC Operations Support to join our People Operations Team. In this role, you’ll drive process optimization across regions and lead key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with global standards and KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions to analyze and report data
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, and Workday
- Experience working with Greenhouse (recruiting software) is a plus
