The IAM Engineer 3 assists in day-to-day operational requests and requirements related to the IAM platform, maintains and creates IAM roles, and uses problem-solving skills to address major outages and emergency incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar education
- 1-year practical experience in a related field
- Background in security or in information technology
- ServiceNow or other ticketing system expertise
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ or other enterprise IAM platforms
- Familiarity with privilege access management platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
