The ideal candidate will create and update incident, problem, release, and change reports, monitor and manage IT infrastructure assets, and analyze risks related to hardware and software obsolescence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas
- Experience in IT asset management and obsolescence analysis
- Knowledge of PowerBI and ServiceNow
