Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to manage, optimize, and ensure the reliability of their IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and architecture, and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and architecture
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL best practices and processes
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships
- Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
