As a senior advisor, IT operational excellence, you will support IT efficiency and contribute to key operational excellence processes. You will analyze and diagnose issues, work in continuous improvement mode, and provide opinions and recommendations to improve and optimize standards, policies, and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITOM processes
- Knowledge of audit processes (3416, SOC1)
