We are seeking a Senior CMS Developer & Consultant with deep expertise in OpenText Core Content and strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with OpenText Core Content and OpenText Extended ECM, while also being knowledgeable in other CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, and WordPress. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize their content management ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM) and CMS implementation.
  • Expertise in OpenText Core Content & Extended ECM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS architecture, metadata structuring, taxonomy management, and content governance.
  • Proficiency in content modeling, headless CMS solutions, and API-driven content strategies.
  • Solid programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or.NET for CMS customizations.
  • Experience integrating CMS with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CMS solutions (OpenText Cloud, Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices in CMS environments.
  • Experience implementing digital asset management (DAM) strategies and content lifecycle automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Business Practitioner or equivalent CMS certifications
