IT Infrastructure Manager

Tiffany & Co. Japan Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize the IT infrastructure to support operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, implement infrastructure solutions, ensure security and compliance, and align IT strategy with the parent company's objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience in Retail Outlets Infrastructure & Network implementations will be preferred.
• Experience in AS/400 platform, ServiceNow, SalesForce CRM, IBM Sterling Commerce and POS solutions like NCR and Cegid will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships.
• Business level of English, native Japanese.
• Problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking to address project challenges effectively.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
