ITAM Data & Technology Lifecycle Manager

We're seeking an ITAM Data & Technology Lifecycle Manager to manage technology refresh cycles globally, optimize costs, maintain compliance, and support business continuity through strategic asset planning. The role involves tracking and managing IT assets from acquisition to retirement, developing and maintaining lifecycle plans for hardware and software, and coordinating global technology refresh schedules to minimize risk and downtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware, software, and technology lifecycle management
• Experience in data models and reporting
• Knowledge of IT asset management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO standards)
• Ability to study large datasets and write comprehensive reports
• Demonstrated ability to use the ServiceNow platform
• Broad knowledge of IT Asset Management best practices and discovery tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks/projects to required deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and proven research ability
• Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation
