The Sr HR Systems Analyst will resolve complex HR transactions across Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems, supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of HR Systems functionality and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS, with strong hands-on experience in Workday and Kronos
- Proficient with Case management systems, preferable with ServiceNow
- Expertise in HR transactions and processes across the employee lifecycle, using Workday
