Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Java (ability to read and follow code is a plus)
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with or exposure to IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
