Junior ServiceNow Analyst | CMDB is a role that assists in the management and maintenance of the CMDB on the ServiceNow platform, supporting update and cleaning of configuration data, collaborating in maintenance and implementation of Discovery and Service Mapping processes, and participating in activities integrating CMDB with other areas and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in courses related to Information Technology
- Desirable initial experience with ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of administration and configuration of CMDB on the ServiceNow platform
- Initial notions of Service Mapping and Discovery in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM (IT Operations Management) concepts
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, especially in Configuration Management and Asset Management processes
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in related IT functions
