Northrop Grumman's Chief Information & Digital Office organization has an immediate need for a Principal Systems Engineer to work on the Service Delivery IPT in NGIDE. The role involves providing concierge support to programs, identifying gaps between program needs and service offerings, and becoming a technical expert on NGIDE capabilities.
Requirements
- Provide concierge support to program on fulfilling program IDE requirements via NGIDE capabilities or other CO services
- Identify gaps between program needs and service offerings available and suggest mitigation steps
- Become a technical expert on NGIDE capabilities (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Cameo, DOORS Classic, Citrix, etc.)
