Support day-to-day operations and deliver minor developments within SAP BW (BW4Hana) for the Nordic countries. Provide functional support to end-users, monitor critical job chain runs, and ensure timely communication of findings or incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW specialist
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in SAP operations, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Exposure to minor SAP development or enhancement activities (e.g., configuration, testing, documentation)
- Familiarity in working with technical teams (ABAPers, Integration, Basis specialists)
- Understanding of SAP transport management and change management processes
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and service management processes
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
