We are looking for an SAP S/4 Hana specialist to support day-to-day operations and deliver minor developments within SAP S/4HANA for the Nordic countries. The role requires close collaboration with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to provide timely support to business users and execute minor enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a functional role (e.g., SD, MM)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of core business processes in your respective SAP S/4Hana module (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Usage-to-Pay, etc.)
- Experience working in SAP operations, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Exposure to minor SAP development or enhancement activities (e.g., configuration, testing, documentation)
- Understanding of SAP transport management and change management processes
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and service management processes
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems is plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Flexibility to support business-critical incidents outside regular working hours when necessary
