As a SCITLS Ops Knowledge Manager, you will provide Knowledge Management (KM) support for enterprise Infrastructure documentation and reporting, execute programmatic KM strategy, and operate and maintain the enterprise KM system. You will ensure the management and sharing of information and knowledge within the organization, and oversee a team of Service Desk agents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Security+, GFACT, or CCNA certifications
- Desired certifications: ITSM 4 Foundations: ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS); or Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM); or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; or HDI Problem Management Professional; or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- US Citizenship Required
- Top Secret/SCI clearance level
