Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Resideo is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support Microsoft 365 areas such as Entra ID / Azure AD, Identity & Access Management, PowerShell / Graph, and security best practices. The candidate will be exposed to many parts of IT & Security and must be able to adapt and learn how many technologies work together.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of security best practices, including least privilege and Zero Trust
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD security
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and systems
• An excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• IGA solution experience
• Project management skills
• Other IT Knowledge (network, MFA, SSO, Security)
• ServiceNow familiarity
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Data Protection / DLP
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Security console, including threat policies and collaboration security
• Good knowledge of email security and troubleshooting (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, quarantine, delivery issues)
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting (including Graph API)
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues across systems and teams and driving to resolution
• Experience in coaching / training junior team members
