We're looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our global organization. As a technical resource, you'll guide customers during critical issues to ensure timely and effective case resolution. You'll resolve technical cases, answer customer questions, and employ diagnostic tools to isolate issues. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience and experience with AI integration.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 4+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code
  • Ability to explain solutions to complex technical problems
