Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Now Assist for ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Service Reliability Management.
- Ability to conduct system analysis and design ITOM solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions, including configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms.
- Skills in identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and implementing best practices to improve IT operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Able to handle Change Control process, SECOPS module, Project Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Additional OIT requests.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of ITOM solutions.
- Experience with Service Now to manage and support Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, SSL Certificates, Performance Analytics.
