We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer Full to join our Configuration Management area, where you will ensure the integrity, quality, and evolution of the CMDB, providing greater visibility and control over the company's IT assets. You will be part of a team passionate about data governance, process automation, and continuous improvements in configuration management.

Requirements

• Higher education courses related to Information Technology
• Experience with the ITSM module of ServiceNow
• Proficiency in JavaScript for the creation of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and administration
• Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management
• Ability to develop automation using Flow Designer and Configuration Management (platform management)
• Good communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and optimizations in the platform
• Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaboration and team spirit
• Experience of 2-4 years with the ITSM module of ServiceNow
