The ServiceNow Platform Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and performing minor configurations. The role involves collaborating with development teams, maintaining knowledge base articles, and providing training to end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform, strong understanding of ITSM processes, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
