DXC Technology is looking for a ServiceNow Solutioning Architect to join their team in Macquarie Park. The successful candidate will provide technical consulting services to clients, design and construct interfaces across platforms, and lead a team of resources. The role requires a strong customer focus, verbal and written communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Current certifications as a Certified Technical Architect / Certified Master Architect
  • Experience in at least 3 workflow areas i.e ITAM/ITOM/IRM/SECOPS/ITSM/HRSD and or Integration
  • Five or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design
  • Three to five years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas
  • Experience working with company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
  • Experience working with the client's enterprise products, services, and strategies
  • Experience working with at least two technical platforms and associated integration techniques
