Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems. Supports IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- 15 years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- 6 years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required
- 4 years of experience with ServiceNow platform is required
- 2 years' experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required
- ITIL 4 platform certification is required
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required
- DoD approved certifications: CCNA Security; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP
